Alternative Bug Killers

I hate insecticides. The smell, the fact they are poison everything about them. I am always experimenting with household stuff if a fly or mosquito gets in. For the bathroom or kitchen lysol with clorex is great. For flies Oust really works fast. Anyways if anyone knows any alternatives I'm ready to try them.
